Following our meeting on Wednesday, we gave a brief presentation on our current progress. One key piece of feedback was to re-scope our project by focusing on a single disaster scenario rather than multiple. This shift will allow us to refine our approach better and make the development process more manageable.

With that adjustment, we were approved to continue moving forward.

Next Steps: We’re now working on the following tasks:

• Creating user personas to understand our target audience better.
• Journey mapping to define how users will interact with the solution.
• Continuing with design and testing to ensure we stay aligned with our goals.
